Lab Operator
Title: Lab Operator
Department: Manufacturing (either in LTCC or Winding)
Reports to: Production Manager
JOB OBJECTIVE: To efficiently assemble and test multi-layer Low Temperature Co-Fired Ceramic (LTCC) and/or wire-wound components.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Set-up and operation of all production processes and equipment in area of assignment.
- Perform required electrical and mechanical tests on in-process and finished parts.
- Accurately record in-process and final test data.
- Perform basic cleaning and upkeep of tooling, equipment and facilities in area of assignment.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities.
- Participate in the training of new NASCENTechnology operators.
- Comply with all quality systems, safety and health standards; including those pertaining to a Class 10,000 Clean-room.
- Comply with company policies regarding export controls.
- Other related tasks as assigned by NASCENTechnology management.
An operator must be willing and able to identify problems before they occur, strive for process improvement and promote positive communication among all NASCENTechnology associates.
REQUIREMENTS:
Due to requirements of U.S. Export Control Law under ITAR (22 CFR 120-130), only U.S. Persons will be considered for this position.

EXPERIENCE:
We will train. Software application skills and Transformer manufacturing experience a plus.
