NASCENTechnology added cable assembly and wire harness supply capability when it merged with parent company Newava Technology, who has been involved in the manufacture of these assemblies commercially for 25 years.

In addition to our parent company’s historical experience doing cable assemblies and wire harness manufacturing, NASCENTechnology also has staff electrical engineering with this type of work experience in their background. From a simple one wire harness to large multi-end harnesses, we offer full wire harness manufacturing services. We are proud of our ability to design, rapidly create prototypes, and finally launch products into production. As a well-established UL approved wire harness manufacturer, we supply high quality wire harnesses and custom cable assemblies. Our wire harnesses may consist of various types and sizes of wire, solder, and crimp type terminals, along with various electrical components specified by our customers. We provide design, engineering, and wire harness manufacturing from small orders to high volume production.

NASCENT’s ITAR registration and export control systems allow it to carefully manage controlled information related to sensitive wire harness and cable assembly end uses.

Our QA systems are ISO900 and AS9100 compliant and we are NIST SP 800-117 compliant while making plans for the next evolution in DoD cybersecurity regulations based on the emerging CMMS expectations.
